So.  Brokeback Mtn.  I'm trying to get that fixed.  Just...  bear with me here.  Billy's not picking up so I can't reschedule, and Mom won't let me go until I do.  She's telling me maybe we should go Friday instead.  *sigh*

Naive, hm?

Think I may be going to sleep sooner than expected.  Hope so, at any rate.  (This doesn't, of course, mean early, just sooner).

We were assigned to revise two of our essays that we've done for Lang b/f Christmas break...  naturally, I'm doing mine now.  Already did the Things one, to a much more satisfactory result due to what I regard as one of my best paragraphs to date, although I had trouble doing a conclusion.  Am now working on the satire--my original was terrible so I'm rewriting it completely in response to the one Kelsie "dedicated to me" ages ago about procrastination.  Of course, Symone did a similar one, so I hope Mrs. Frome doesn't think I'm stealing her ideas, but I couldn't think of much else AND I'm doing it differently.  Symone focused on the health effects (mentioned forgetting to eat) and the possibility of failure b/c you look like all the other over-achievers (least I think that's what she did--it was a while ago); I'm focusing on the fact that it turns you into an academic machine incapable of any emotions save stress (read: cold hard bitch).  If I think I've done it well enough I'll post some of it.

Anyway.  'Bout it for now.  Hopefully I won't be a total zombie!bitch in the morning.
